Job summary

Henkel in Irvine, CA seeks a technically skilled professional to lead market and application initiatives within Adhesive Technologies. You will direct cross-functional teams to launch products, manage complaints, and develop new applications, coordinating with sales and R&D across regions.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering (or related fields) with strong technical and analytical abilities, and willingness to travel up to 50% primarily within US/Canada.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related technical field.
• Chemical or Mechanical engineering accepted if electronics background is strong.
• High technical, electronic, mechanical and chemical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Significant technical contributor to market and application initiatives.
• Direct and deploy cross functional team to execute technical strategy at customer, including product launches, complaint management, and new application development.
• Lead technically driven PD and innovation projects for key portfolio gaps with KPI applications and markets.
• Own North American sourced projects and direct appropriate global team for cross regional development and commercialization.
