Job summary

Henkel's Adhesive Technologies unit seeks a technically skilled engineer to lead market initiatives, direct cross-functional teams for customer programs, and drive new applications development across the US and beyond.

You will manage lab equipment, ensure safety, support key accounts, and help deliver the company's innovative coatings and adhesive solutions. The role requires collaboration with global teams and a strong technical foundation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering preferred; Chemical/Mechanical acceptable with electronics experience.
• Experience with adhesives, functional inks, and functional coatings preferred.
• Up to 50% travel, domestically in US/Canada; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute technical strategy at customers, including launches and new applications.
• Direct application engineering support to drive growth with key accounts and regional teams.
• Manage laboratory equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed; training for AE team.
• Develop technical capability standards for markets/new applications; coordinate global teams.
