Job summary

Henkel's Adhesive Technologies unit is seeking a technically adept professional to drive market initiatives and new applications across North America. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage product launches, and guide PD/innovation projects while maintaining lab equipment and safety standards.

The role requires up to 50% travel domestically, strong electrical/electro-mechanical background, and experience with adhesives, functional coatings, and related aerospace or defense contexts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
• Alternative degrees in Chemical or Mechanical engineering with electronics experience accepted.
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deploy cross-functional teams to execute technical strategy at customers.
• Own development of PD and innovations for portfolio gaps with KPI applications.
• Manage laboratory equipment and ensure safety standards at sites.
• Support AE and sales efforts to drive growth and address unmet needs.
