Job summary

Henkel is seeking a technically adept professional for its Adhesive Technologies unit in the United States. The role focuses on leading cross-functional teams to deploy technical strategies, manage product launches, and drive innovation across key markets.

The candidate will own NA-sourced projects, collaborate with global teams, and provide direct application engineering support to growth opportunities, including aerospace and coatings applications.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is preferred.
• Chemical or Mechanical Engineering background acceptable with electronics experience.
• High technical, electronic, mechanical and chemical aptitude required.
• Printing / coating experience is preferred.
• Experience with antennas, frequency selection, EMI shielding applications is preferred.
• Experience supporting the Aerospace sector, specifically defense, would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Significant technical contributor to market and application initiatives.
• Direct and deploy cross functional team to execute technical strategy at customer, including product launches and new application development.
• Lead technically driven PD and innovation projects for key portfolio gaps with KPI applications and markets.
• Own North American sourced projects and coordinate with global teams for cross regional development and commercialization.
• Provide direct Application Engineering support to drive growth.
