Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a skilled applications administrator to own and support key third-party applications. You will act as SME, coordinate with vendor support, and drive optimizations, automation, and user training across the organization.

The role requires strong ServiceNow experience, knowledge of Oracle/SQL, and familiarity with JIRA, Tableau, and SAP Business Objects. Hybrid work model and competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication with all management levels.
• General knowledge of Windows OS, Oracle, SQL, MS Office, Visio.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Tableau, SAP Business Objects.
• Demonstrated experience supporting ServiceNow; certifications preferred.
• Strong coaching/mentoring ability; capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; self-starter mindset.

Responsabilités

• Act as owner and primary administrator of assigned application(s).
• Provide application and system support to all employees for assigned application(s).
• Troubleshoot issues and own resolution or escalation to vendors.
• Architect applications to meet business needs and integrate with other systems.
• Establish best practices for administering and securing applications.
• Provide performance monitoring, evaluation and optimization.
• Lead automation initiatives using scripts and tools.
• Implement solutions to meet customer or business needs.
• Research and guide the selection of 3rd party applications.
• Analyze incidents to identify root causes and coordinate with vendor support.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Define KPIs and SLAs; report status timely.
• Coordinate upgrades/patches and manage license usage.
• Prepare user documentation, training, and change requests.
• Drive user adoption through training and best practices.
• Maintain vendor relationships for future functionality.
