Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications and/or Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• General knowledge of Windows OS, Oracle, SQL, MS Office, Visio.
• General knowledge of JIRA, Tableau, and SAP Business Objects.
• Demonstrated experience supporting ServiceNow.
• Must have strong capability to coach and mentor.
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• ServiceNow certifications highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as owner and primary administrator of assigned application(s).
• Provide application and system support to all employees for assigned application(s).
• Troubleshoot issues, provide expert level support and own resolution.
• Architect the application(s) to meet business needs and establish integrations.
• Establish best practices for administering and securing applications.
• Provide performance monitoring, evaluation and optimization.
• Lead automation using scripts and other tools.
• Implement solutions to meet customer or business needs.
• Research, evaluate and guide 3rd party applications.
• Analyze incidents to identify root cause and coordinate vendor support.
• Identify process improvements and drive implementation.
• Define KPIs and SLAs with stakeholders.
• Ensure upgrades and patches are installed and validated.
• Monitor licensing usage and budget forecasting.
