Job summary

Early Warning is hiring for a senior Applications Administrator to own and operate key third-party applications. You will support end-users, troubleshoot issues, and architect integrations to meet business needs, while establishing security best practices.

You will monitor performance, drive automation, and collaborate with the Systems team and vendors. A Bachelor’s degree and ServiceNow experience are highly valued, with a focus on meticulous execution in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications and/or Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels of management and staff.
• General knowledge of Windows OS, Oracle, SQL, MS Office, Visio.
• Familiar with JIRA, Tableau, and SAP Business Objects.
• Demonstrated experience supporting ServiceNow.
• Strong capability to coach and mentor.
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• ServiceNow certifications highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as owner and primary administrator of assigned application(s).
• Provide application and system support to all employees for assigned application(s).
• Troubleshoot issues, provide expert-level support, and escalate as needed.
• Architect the application(s) to meet business needs and establish integration with other apps.
• Establish best practices for administering and securing applications.
• Provide application performance monitoring, evaluation and optimization.
• Propose and implement/lead automation using scripts and tools.
• Implement solutions to meet customer or business needs.
• Research, evaluate and guide selection of 3rd party applications.
• Analyze incidents to identify root causes and work with vendor support.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
• Define KPIs and SLAs with stakeholders.
