BairesDev is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to serve as the primary technical contact for partners and customers, handling high-level integration challenges and guiding onboarding for new partners.

You will diagnose complex API issues, analyze data from integrations, and collaborate with engineering to improve system reliability. This is a 100% remote, globally distributed role with strong compensation in USD or local currency and a focus on career growth.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical support engineering or related customer-facing technical role.
Proficiency in REST API troubleshooting and reading application code.
Experience using SQL for data querying and analysis during integration support.
Hands-on experience with partner onboarding and complex integrations.
Strong communication skills for customers and technical teams.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Oversee technical customer support operations, focusing on complex API-related issues and code analysis.
Lead the technical onboarding process for new partners to ensure smooth integration.
Analyze system data and integration points to identify root causes of connectivity or performance issues.
Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to align success metrics and improve reliability.
