Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Support Engineering or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Proficiency in REST API troubleshooting and reading application code to identify issues.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis during integration support.
• Hands-on experience with partner onboarding and providing technical support for complex integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee technical customer support operations with a focus on complex API-related issues and app code analysis.
• Lead the technical onboarding process for new partners to ensure efficient integration with our ecosystems.
• Analyze system data and integration points to identify root causes of connectivity or performance hurdles.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to align success metrics and improve system reliability long-term.
• Document complex technical resolutions and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing across the support organization.
