Job summary

BairesDev is a global tech team offering a Solutions Engineer (Support) role focused on REST API integrations and seamless partner onboarding. You will work closely with clients and internal engineers to resolve complex issues and improve integration points.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software engineering or technical support, strong SQL skills, and excellent English. This is a 100% remote position with flexible hours and competitive USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Technical Support, or Solutions Engineering.
Proven expertise in troubleshooting REST APIs and providing technical integration support.
Advanced ability to read source code and write complex SQL queries.
Strong experience in customer-facing technical roles and partner onboarding.
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical issues between customers and engineering teams.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to REST API integrations and technical workflows.
Analyze source code and database records to identify root causes of incidents.
Guide partners through the technical onboarding process and best-practices during implementation.
Facilitate technical communication between external stakeholders and internal development teams.
Develop technical documentation and troubleshooting guides to enable self-service support.
Monitor system health and customer feedback to address integration friction points proactively.
