Job summary

RPM Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee operations at an apartment community. You will lead staff, manage leasing, budgets, and resident relations, while partnering with maintenance and marketing to hit occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a results-driven approach, with a flexible schedule and on-site presence to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead property staff, interview candidates, onboard, train and conduct reviews.
• Drive team to meet performance indicators and manage HR actions.
• Oversee leasing paperwork, safety and daily operations.
• Motivate staff through recognition and team-building activities.
• Assist in budget preparation and monthly variance reporting.
• Collaborate with maintenance and marketing to hit occupancy/revenue goals.
• Provide excellent resident service and address complaints promptly.
