Job summary

RPM Living is hiring a Senior Community Manager to oversee all operations at a Colorado apartment community. The role requires strong resident relations, leadership, and the ability to guide staff, manage budget, and drive occupancy and revenue goals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multi-family property management, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software. The position is on-site with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience; combination of education and experience acceptable.
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Team player with professional communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead property staff, oversee onboarding, training, timesheet approvals, and annual assessments.
• Drive team performance, give feedback, and work with HR on disciplinary actions.
• Conduct ongoing training for leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate staff through recognition, training, and team-building activities.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to budgets.
