Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to supervise all operations at a residential community. You will lead staff, manage onboarding, and oversee budgets and financial reporting while driving resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in multi-family PM, strong leadership, and excellent communication. The role is on-site with a schedule that may include evenings and weekends to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience
• Strong leadership and management skills; effective communication and teamwork; proficient in MS Office and property management software

Responsibilities

• Lead property staff, oversee onboarding, training, timekeeping, and annual assessments
• Drive performance, provide feedback, and collaborate with HR on disciplinary actions
• Train office staff on leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations
• Motivate teams through recognition, training, and team-building activities
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor adherence to budgets
• Prepare month-end and year-end financial reporting and variance analysis
• Promote resident satisfaction and handle complaints promptly
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely service requests
• Provide exceptional customer service while upholding service standards
• Analyze market trends and work with marketing on leasing strategies
• Follow eviction procedures and support court proceedings as needed
• Manage owner relationships with periodic updates and property tours
