RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations at a multifamily community. You will supervise staff, manage leasing-related tasks, and ensure exceptional resident service while meeting annual goals.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a focus on budget adherence, with on-site duties including coordinating with maintenance and HR as needed. A flexible schedule is common in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Team player, professional, and effective communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Leads property staff, conducting candidate interviews, onboarding, training, timesheet approvals, and annual assessments.
• Drive team to achieve performance indicators and provide feedback to underperforming staff.
• Conduct ongoing training with office staff on leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate associates through recognition programs, training, and team-building activities.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to budgets.
