Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations at a Denver apartment community. You will lead staff, manage leasing, and focus on resident relations with strong communication and teamwork.

The role requires multi-family management experience, leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office and PM software. On-site, with a flexible schedule to support a high-service environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Team player, professional, and effective communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Leads property staff, conducts interviews, onboarding, training, timesheet approvals, and quarterly/annual reviews.
• Drive team to achieve performance indicators and manage disciplinary actions with HR.
• Conduct ongoing training with office staff on leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate staff through recognition programs and team-building activities to boost morale.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Complete month-end and year-end financial reporting and provide budget variance reporting within ±10% per line item.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and requests promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely resident service requests.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining high standards for resident service.
• Analyze market trends and partner with marketing to implement leasing strategies to hit occupancy/revenue goals.
• Follow eviction procedures, notices, court representation, and proceedings as needed.
• Manage owner relationship through meetings, property tours, updates, and responsive communication.
