Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations at one of our apartment communities. You will lead staff, supervise onboarding and training, and manage budgets and reporting, while delivering exceptional resident service.

You will analyze market trends with marketing to set leasing strategies, handle owner communications, and ensure strong occupancy and revenue performance. This on-site role requires flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Team player, professional, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Leads property staff, conducting candidate interviews, onboarding, training, timesheet approval, and annual assessments.
• Drive team to achieve performance indicators and manage disciplinary actions with HR.
• Conduct ongoing office staff training on leasing, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate associates through recognition, training, and team-building activities.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Complete month-end and year-end financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention and resolve service issues.
• Collaborate with maintenance to address resident requests promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service while upholding high standards.
• Analyze market trends and work with marketing on leasing strategies.
• Follow eviction procedures and court representation as needed.
• Manage owner relationships with updates and property tours.
