The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AP, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems like NetSuite or QuickBooks Online. Onsite work is required, with 1x monthly attendance at the Beverly location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Strong experience working in a high-volume AP environment.
• Experience supporting multiple entities or accounting systems preferred.
• Solid understanding of AP processes, GL coding, accruals, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, filtering, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with 1099 reporting and vendor tax documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume accounts payable activities across multiple entities.
• Review, code, and process vendor invoices and ensure appropriate approvals and documentation.
• Prepare and process weekly payments, including ACH, wires, and checks.
• Review employee expenses and corporate credit card transactions for proper coding and documentation.
• Maintain and update vendor records while following appropriate internal controls.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research invoice, payment, and purchase order discrepancies.
• Assist with 1099 preparation and audit support.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes, controls, and system utilization.
