Job summary

KBW Financial Staffing is partnering with a client in Waltham, MA to recruit a Senior AP Manager for a 3–6 month temporary assignment with a hybrid schedule (2 days on site each week). The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $45–$60 and a focus on leading accounts payable operations.

You will oversee AP activity, supervise a small team, optimize Coupa P2P workflows, support Concur relaunch, manage vendor setups, and drive automation and process improvements, with NetSuite experience

Qualifications

• Strong Accounts Payable management or leadership experience
• Hands-on experience with Coupa and Concur
• Experience driving AP process and system improvements
• NetSuite experience is highly preferred

KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in Waltham, MA looking for a Senior AP Manager to join their team. This is a 3–6 month temporary position and offers a hybrid schedule of 2 days onsite per week. This position is paying $45-$55/HR depending on experience.

The responsibilities for this role will include:

• Oversee AP operations, payment activity, and a small Accounts Payable team
• Manage and improve Coupa P2P workflows, vendor setup, and invoice processing
