Nippon Sanso Matheson in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior AP Processor to manage end-of-day processing, payment runs, and vendor invoicing. The role handles manual check requests, expense reports, and ERP uploads.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of accounts payable experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and a proven ability to work in a high-volume environment. This is an on-site, full-time position.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service and MS Office experience.
• 4–6 years in Accounts Payable in high-volume environments.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process End of Day and related reports.
• Process Invoices for Non-POs and POs as assigned.
• Process Duplicate Invoice Review during end of day.
• Process Wire Payment Vendors and reconcile monthly.
• Process Rent Vendors and support Controller.
• Process Payment Runs and related reports.
• Research vendor payment issues and statements.
• Mail checks and remittances to vendors.
• Send invoices to locations for approval.
