Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in Plano, TX. The role supports all aspects of AP/AR, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and independence.

The candidate will train new hires on NetSuite changes and coordinate with departments for payment approvals. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related experience, strong Excel and NetSuite skills, and a detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent and 3–5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (strong Excel knowledge) and NetSuite preferred.
• Ability to prepare ad hoc reports and business correspondence with little notice.

Responsabilités

• Prepares vouchers and approved invoices for payment and processes company payments.
• Interfaces with departments to secure proper payment approvals.
• Prepares accounts payable checks and maintains AP files and records.
