Job summary

Aligned Data Centers is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in Plano, TX to manage vouchers, approvals, and timely payments. Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent and 3–5 years related AP/AR experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong Excel skills; NetSuite preferred.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest and percentages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepares vouchers and approved invoices for payment; processes company payments in a timely manner.
• Interfaces with departments to secure proper payment approvals and prepares AP checks.
• Oversees maintenance of accounts payable files and records; prepares 1099s.
