Job summary

Serco Inc. invites qualified professionals for a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer role supporting the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

The position requires active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access and a strong background in DoD systems engineering for weapon systems protection. Responsibilities include developing curricula, updating training materials, and overseeing RFP processes, risk assessments, and testing plans.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years in a DoD/DoD contractor role
• Master’s Degree in a related engineering discipline with 10+ years in a DoD context
• 3+ years SAP/SCI experience within last 8 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes for weapon systems acquisition, fielding, sustainment, modernization and disposal
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory to determine reverse engineering approaches
• Develop engineering curriculum modules for ATEA FPO Education and Outreach
• Create and update training materials with Government and industry partners
• Instruct courses in a classified environment for the Anti-Tamper community
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development and oversight
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Evaluate capabilities to protect CPI and improve system security
• Assess test plans and conduct system, subsystem and component testing
• Conduct risk assessments and scheduling trade-off studies
• Support ICT initiatives and enterprise policy modernization with technical documentation
