Job summary

Serco is seeking a SME Anti-Tamper Engineer for the DoD AT program in Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on security engineering, anti-tamper methods, and collaboration with DoD and industry partners to protect weapon systems.

The position requires an active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access, a master's degree in engineering, and extensive SAP/SCI experience. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access
• Background investigation current within past 5 years or under Continuous Vetting
• Experience with DoD anti-tamper program protection and lab environments

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering process and anti-tamper methods for weapon systems and capabilities
• Assess integrated circuitry, processors and memory for reverse engineering methodologies
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development and technical oversight
• Review contractor proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Collaborate with Service labs and industry partners to assess vulnerabilities and exploit capabilities
• Identify technologies and evaluate designs to protect CPI
• Work with DoD Anti-Tamper Evaluation Teams to understand current designs and vulnerabilities
• Assist efforts to improve anti-tamper designs, development, manufacturing, training, and sustainment
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in testing of subsystems and components
• Conduct risk assessments and scheduling trade-off studies
• Create, staff, publish, and maintain security classification guides for the DoD AT community
