Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will apply DoD SE processes to weapon systems, assess circuitry for tamper risks, and develop training materials while collaborating with Government and industry partners.

This role requires an active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access, and a strong background in engineering within DoD programs. Travel up to 10% CONUS may be needed.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access and current background investigation
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years of DoD/government/DoD contractor experience
• Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 10+ years of DoD/government/DoD contractor experience
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering process, policy, and procedures across weapon systems lifecycle
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory chips for reverse engineering risk
• Develop engineering curriculum modules for ATEA FPO Education and Outreach
• Update training materials with Government and industry partners
• Instruct sponsored courses in a classified environment for the Anti-Tamper community
• Support technology acquisition via RFP development and technical oversight
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess capabilities to meet system design requirements
• Identify anti-tamper technologies to protect CPI
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in testing
• Provide engineering support for ICT initiatives and policy modernization
