Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access
• 12+ years engineering experience with DoD/government or DoD contractor
• Master's degree plus 10+ years in DoD engineering
• Minimum 3 years SAP/SCI experience in last 8 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes and procedures to weapons systems and capabilities
• Assess circuitry, processors, and memory for tamper techniques
• Develop engineering curriculum modules for education outreach
• Develop and update training materials with Government/industry partners
• Instruct sponsored courses in classified environments for the Anti-Tamper community
• Provide technical oversight of ongoing projects and RFP development
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Evaluate acquired capabilities against system requirements
• Identify protection technologies to safeguard CPI
• Evaluate system test plans and conduct relevant testing
• Support Export ICT initiatives and policy modernization
