Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Anti‑Tamper Engineer to support DoD programs from Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role emphasizes systems engineering, instruction, and program protection for CPI across weapon systems.

The candidate will maintain a Top Secret/SI clearance, develop training materials, deliver classes in classified environments, and collaborate with Government and industry partners to ensure compliant, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access and SAP experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years DoD experience.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 10+ years DoD experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP/SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering process to weapons programs, including protection planning.
• Assess circuitry and memory for reverse engineering susceptibility.
• Develop engineering curriculum modules for ATEA FPO education.
• Work with Government and industry partners to develop training materials.
• Instruct sponsored courses in classified environments for the Anti‑Tamper community.
• Provide technical oversight on proposals, RFPs, and long‑term planning.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Assess capabilities to meet CPI requirements and protections.
• Evaluate test plans and conduct system, subsystem, and component testing.
• Conduct performance, supportability, schedule, and risk assessments.
• Prepare ad-hoc technical documentation to support policy modernization.
