Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer specializing in systems engineering to support DoD Anti-Tamper initiatives at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires top-secret security clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility and a strong DoD engineering background.

The position involves evaluating CPI protection, assisting in acquisitions, and contributing to program protection planning across weapon system programs. Domestic travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain and maintain SCI/SAP access.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years in a DoD/DoD contractor role.
• Master’s Degree with 10+ years in a DoD/DoD contractor role.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes, policy, and procedures to acquisition, fielding, sustainment, modernization, and disposal of weapons systems.
• Assess circuitry and memory components and determine reverse engineering methodologies.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development and technical oversight.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Assess capabilities to meet design requirements and CPI protection goals.
• Develop plans to assess CPI susceptibility of GOTS and COTS components.
• Collaborate with DoD Anti-Tamper Evaluation Teams to identify vulnerabilities.
• Assist efforts to improve anti-tamper/exploitation design, development, manufacturing, and sustainment.
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in system, subsystem, and component testing.
• Conduct performance, supportability, schedule, and risk assessments and trade studies.
