Job summary

Serco invites qualified professionals to join the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright Patterson AFB, OH, supporting security engineering for weapon systems. The role requires active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access, a Master’s in Engineering, and substantial SAP/SCI experience.

You will apply security engineering processes, work with DoD labs and industry partners, and help protect CPI across evolving platforms, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access.
• Master's Degree in Engineering with 20+ years relevant DoD/government experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 5 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering processes and anti-tamper methods for weapon systems.
• Assess circuitry and processors for reverse engineering considerations.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development and oversight.
• Review contractor proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Collaborate with labs and industry partners to assess vulnerabilities and exploitability.
• Identify technologies to protect CPI in program protection efforts.
• Work with DoD evaluation teams to understand current designs and vulnerabilities.
• Assist in improving anti-tamper design, development, and sustainment.
• Evaluate test plans and participate in system/subsystem testing.
• Create and maintain security classification guides for DoD AT community.
