Job summary

Serco Inc. in Ohio seeks a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer, specializing in systems engineering, to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright Patterson AFB.

The role requires an active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility, a Bachelor's and/or Master's in engineering, and substantial DoD experience in program protection.

You will develop training materials, assess tamper resistance, review proposals, and support engineering in acquisitions, with up to 10% CONUS travel.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain SCI/SAP.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years DoD-related engineering experience.
• Master’s Degree in Engineering with 10+ years experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience in last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering process, policy, and procedures to weapons systems.
• Assess integrated circuitry and determine reverse engineering methodologies.
• Develop engineering curriculum modules for ATEA FPO Education and Outreach.
• Develop/update training materials with government/industry partners.
• Instruct sponsored courses in a classified environment for the Anti-Tamper community.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development and technical oversight.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Assess capabilities to meet design requirements and CPI protections.
• Evaluate test plans and participate in system testing.
• Conduct performance, supportability, schedule and risk assessments.
