Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD anti-tamper programs at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will apply systems security engineering, assess circuitry, and help plan protective measures for weapon systems.

The role requires active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility, a Master’s degree in engineering, and 20+ years of relevant DoD experience. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI/SAP access.
• Master's degree in Engineering with 20+ years of DoD-related experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 5 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).
• DoD Anti-Tamper knowledge and program protection planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering processes to weapon system protection.
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory chips for reverse engineering approaches.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development.
• Review contractor proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Collaborate with DoD labs and industry partners on vulnerabilites and mitigations.
• Identify technologies to protect CPI and improve anti-tamper designs.
• Create and maintain security classification guides for the DoD AT community.
