Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright-Patterson AFB.

You will apply DoD systems engineering processes, assess circuitry, and lead education and outreach by developing engineering curriculum modules. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access, a Bachelor’s (and often a Master’s) in engineering, and networking with government and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 12+ years in DoD/government contracting.
• Master’s degree in engineering with 10+ years in DoD/government work.
• Minimum 3 years SAP/SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering process, policy, and procedures for weapon systems.
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory to determine reverse engineering methods.
• Develop engineering curriculum modules for education outreach.
• Collaborate with Government and industry to update training materials.
• Instruct sponsored courses in a classified environment for the Anti-Tamper community.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions, RFPs and oversight.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
