Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
• BS in Engineering with 12+ years DoD engineering experience.
• MS in engineering with 10+ years DoD engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes across acquisition, fielding and sustainment of weapons systems.
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory for reverse engineering methods.
• Develop engineering curriculum modules and training materials.
• Instruct courses in a classified environment for the Anti-Tamper community.
• Provide technical oversight of ongoing projects including RFPs and design reviews.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Evaluate CPI protection and system design improvements.
• Conduct risk assessments and scheduling trade-off studies.
• Support Export ICT initiatives and policy modernization.
