Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer specializing in systems engineering to support DoD programs at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access and a strong DoD engineering background.

You will apply program protection methods, assess vulnerabilities in CPI, and help develop anti-tamper capabilities across weapon systems, with duties spanning RFP oversight, design feasibility, and risk analysis.

Qualifications

• Active Top-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI/SAP access and current background investigation within past 5 years or under Continuous Vetting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 12 years’ DoD/DoD contractor experience.
• Master’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years’ DoD/DoD contractor experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience in the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes and anti-tamper methods in acquisition, fielding, sustainment and disposal of weapons systems.
• Assess circuitry, processors, and memory for reverse engineering methods.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development and technical oversight.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Assess CPI protection in GOTS/COTS components and identify vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with DoD AT Evaluation Teams to understand designs and vulnerabilities.
• Improve anti-tamper designs across weapon systems during development and sustainment.
• Evaluate system test plans and conduct system, subsystem, and component testing.
• Perform risk assessments and scheduling trade-off studies.
