Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer in support of DoD programs at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility, plus extensive DoD systems engineering and CPI protection experience.

You will evaluate anti-tamper techniques, assist with RFPs and program planning, and work across DoD teams to strengthen weapon system security while meeting critical timelines.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI access and SAP eligibility.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering with 12+ years DoD/DoD contractor experience.
• Master’s in a relevant engineering discipline with 10+ years experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering process, policy, and procedures to weapons systems and CPI protection.
• Assess circuitry, processors, and memory for reverse engineering risk and tamper susceptibility.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions, RFPs, and project oversight.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Develop plans to assess security features of GOTS and COTS components for CPI vulnerability.
