Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.

You will apply DoD systems engineering processes to weapon system protection and provide technical oversight of ongoing projects. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP access, a bachelor's in engineering with 12+ years experience or a master's with 10+ years, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Experience applying DoD systems engineering processes to acquisition, fielding, and sustainment of weapon systems.
• Experience with program protection planning and anti-tamper methods.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes to weapon system programs.
• Assess integrated circuitry and evaluate reverse engineering approaches.
• Develop and update training materials for educational courses.
• Instruct sponsored courses in classified environments.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFPs and project oversight.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Evaluate capabilities to meet design requirements and CPI protections.
• Analyze test plans and participate in system testing.
• Support ICT initiatives and policy modernization; document compliance.
