Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD programs at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP and extensive DoD engineering experience.

The candidate will apply system engineering processes, develop training materials, and work with government and industry partners to advance anti-tamper capabilities while ensuring CPI protection across weapon systems.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 12 years DoD engineering experience.
• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 10 years DoD engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering process, policy, and procedures in acquisition, manufacturing, fielding, sustainment, modernization and disposal of weapons systems.
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory; determine methods for reverse engineering electronic systems.
• Develop curriculum modules and support the FPO Education and Outreach Lead.
• Instruct educations courses in a classified environment for the Anti-Tamper community using varied aids and briefings.
• Provide engineering support for technology and product acquisitions including RFP development and technical oversight.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Assess acquired capabilities against design requirements and CPI protection goals.
• Identify technologies for CPI protection and evaluate system/subsystem design functions.
