Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an SME Anti-Tamper Engineer to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program. You will work in the Special Programs Division, focusing on security engineering for weapon systems and anti-tamper measures at Wright Patterson AFB area.

A Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access is required. Candidates should have a Master’s in Engineering and 20+ years of DoD/government experience, including SAP/SCI exposure. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret security clearance with SCI and SAP access
• Minimum 3 years SAP/SCI experience within last 5 years
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS)
• Masters Degree in an Engineering discipline with 20+ years of relevant DoD/government experience

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering processes and anti-tamper methods for weapon systems
• Assess circuitry, processors, and memory for reverse engineering techniques
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development
• Review contractor proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess capabilities to meet system requirements and specs
• Collaborate with DoD labs and industry partners on vulnerabilities and tamper exploits
• Identify technologies to protect CPI in program protection
• Work with Anti-Tamper Evaluation Teams to understand designs and vulnerabilities
• Improve anti-tamper/exploitation design and sustainment
• Evaluate system test plans and conduct testing across subsystems
• Perform risk assessments and scheduling trade-off studies
• Create and maintain security classification guides for the DoD AT community
