Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer specializing in systems engineering to support DoD programs in the Special Programs Division, DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. An active Top-Secret clearance with SCI and SAP access is required.

You will apply DoD SE processes, assess CPI protections, and coordinate with acquisition teams to ensure tamper-resistance and secure designs across weapon systems. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility and SAP access
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years of DoD engineering experience
• Master’s Degree in Engineering with 10+ years of DoD engineering experience
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within last 8 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes, policies, and procedures to lifecycle of weapon systems and capabilities
• Assess integrated circuitry, processors, memory chips and methodologies for reverse engineering
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development and oversight
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess CPI protection in system design and CPIs susceptibility to tampering
• Develop plans to assess security features of GOTS and COTS components for CPI risk
• Collaborate with DoD Anti-Tamper Evaluation Teams to identify vulnerabilities
• Support improvements to anti-tamper/exploitation design, development, manufacturing, and sustainment
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in system/subsystem/component testing
• Conduct risk assessments and scheduling trade-off studies
