Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD programs. You will apply systems engineering to protection of CPI, assess circuitry for tamper risks, and develop training in classified settings. Expect RFP support, proposal review, and rigorous testing oversight within a government environment.

The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, a DoD engineering background, and travel up to 10% CONUS. This is a senior, highly specialized position within the Special Programs Division.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain SCI/SAP.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years in DoDDoD or contractor work.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 10+ years in DoD/government work.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience in the last 8 years.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes to weapon systems and CPI protection.
• Assess circuitry and memory for reverse engineering and tamper susceptibility.
• Develop training modules and deliver instruction in classified environments.
• Support RFPs, technical oversight, and proposals review for ongoing projects.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Evaluate testing plans and participate in system/subsystem testing.
• Conduct risk assessments and scheduling trade studies.
• Prepare technical documentation for Export ICT initiatives and policy updates.
