Serco is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD programs in a high-security environment. You will apply systems engineering methods, evaluate hardware vulnerabilities, and guide RFPs and program protections.

Eligible candidates must hold a TS clearance with SCI/SAP access and have extensive DoD engineering experience. Role involves analyzing CPI protection, evaluating GOTS/COTS components, and collaborating with DoD teams to strengthen anti-tamper architectures.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI/SAP access (current).
• 12+ years in engineering roles for the DoD, gov't, or DoD contractors.
• 10+ years in engineering positions for DoD-related programs.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsabilités

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes across weapon system programs.
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory for reverse engineering risk.
• Provide technical oversight for RFPs and project execution.
• Review proposals for feasibility and system compatibility.
• Evaluate CPI protection needs and anti-tamper methods.
• Develop plans to evaluate CPI vulnerability of COTS/GOTS components.
• Collaborate with Anti-Tamper Evaluation teams on current designs.
• Support improvement of anti-tamper/exploitation design across lifecycle.
• Evaluate system test plans and conduct risk assessments.
