Qualifications

• 2–5 years of analytically-driven experience in consumer lending, credit, or fintech.
• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Deep expertise in data mining, data visualization, and statistical modeling with ML experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the full analytical lifecycle—from question to decision—across products and geographies.
• Monitor portfolio performance and macro trends; adjust strategies to mitigate risk and balance growth.
• Partner with Engineering and ML teams to design and interpret performance metrics for risk/growth models.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance to translate regulatory requirements into analytical policy and product design.
