Job summary

As a Senior Analyst (L5) in Risk & Analytics, you will own the full analytical lifecycle—from questions to decisions— translating regulatory, economic, and ML insights into actionable business strategies.

You will collaborate with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to build scalable analytics, improve risk posture, and drive value

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of analytically-driven experience in consumer lending, credit, or fintech.
• Degree in a quantitative field such as data science, CS, engineering, or economics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python; data mining and visualization skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Derive and optimize business, risk, or growth strategies using advanced data analytics.
• Monitor macro and market trends and adjust analytical approaches to manage risk and growth.
• Design and interpret metrics with Engineering and ML teams for scalable risk and fraud models.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance to translate regulatory needs into analytics.
• Oversee development and deployment of analytical frameworks for new product launches.
• Engage with external stakeholders to align practices and strengthen partnerships.
