Job summary

USTA National Campus seeks a Senior Manager of Applied Analytics to drive data-driven decisions across Digital, BI&A, Marketing and CRM. You will evolve from reporting to proactive intelligence, define tracking plans, and shape CRM user experiences with a strong emphasis on privacy and governance.

You will synthesize data from GA4, Adobe, CRM, and Social to monitor performance, advocate for data-driven investments, and present insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 4–6 years in digital analytics or BI.
• Expert-level proficiency in web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, GTM).
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills for dashboards (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).

Responsibilities

• Bridge stakeholders with Analytics & Reporting to translate requests into requirements.
• Maintain enterprise tagging taxonomy and data governance across platforms.
• Create dashboards and data narratives to drive decision making.
