Job summary

The United States Tennis Association (USTA) is seeking a Senior Manager, Applied Analytics to drive data-driven decision making across Digital, BI&A, Marketing and CRM. You’ll shift from passive reporting to proactive intelligence by standardizing insights and shaping the CRM experience while ensuring privacy and ethics.

You will partner with stakeholders, lead KPI alignment, and craft dashboards and narratives that influence leadership decisions and investment priorities.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of applied experience in digital analytics, performance marketing analysis, or BI.
• Expert-level proficiency in modern web analytics platforms including Adobe Analytics and GTM.
• Strong SQL capabilities and experience building intuitive dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central interface between stakeholders and Analytics & Reporting teams.
• Define metrics and measurement methodologies with business leaders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visually compelling data stories.
