Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 4–6 years of applied experience in digital analytics, performance marketing analysis, or business intelligence.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional analytics and CRM alignment to translate requests into requirements.
• Maintain enterprise digital tracking plan and data governance with a focus on privacy compliance.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Create visually compelling dashboards and narratives to drive executive decision-making.
• Evaluate ROAS and CPA to guide budget allocation and strategic priorities.
