Qualifications

• 3-7 years of data analytics or related experience in insurance, contact center, or distribution analytics
• Solid understanding of sales funnels, lead management, campaign measurement, distribution channels, and operational KPIs
• Experience supporting contact center, telephone sales, distribution, sales operations, or performance management teams
• Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management platforms, call center reporting, sales funnel tracking, and campaign performance measurement
• Experience developing dashboards and recurring KPI reporting for leadership audiences

Responsibilities

• Deliver standardized recurring reporting for DSU/SISU sales performance and related KPIs
• Create consistent reporting views to monitor performance by team, campaign, lead source, agent and time period
• Identify variances vs. plan and summarize key drivers for action
• Analyze call drivers, inbound/outbound activity, outcomes and trends to identify risks and opportunities
• Develop insights to support campaign optimization and lead-to-sale funnel improvements
• Build, maintain and enhance dashboards for leadership with daily to campaign-level visibility
• Serve as the central analytics point for DSU/SISU reporting and collaborate with cross-functional teams
