Job summary

Regional Management Corp. is seeking a Senior Associate, Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support all business areas. You will build dashboards, apply forecasting and trend analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate questions into analytical solutions.

You will reconcile data, analyze metrics, and become SME on data infrastructure while driving automated reporting and governance across the Data & Analytics team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Math/Data Science/Finance or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a reporting or analytics role.
• Experience building reports with modern BI tools.
• Experience using AI-enabled analytics tools to improve reporting and automation.
• Fluency in SQL.
• Financial Services experience.

Responsibilities

• Build new dashboards and enhance existing dashboards.
• Enhance reporting with forecasting, trend analysis, and forward-looking indicators.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate questions into analytical solutions.
• Reconcile data from source to reporting layer.
• Analyze metrics and standardize methodologies.
• Become SME on current and future data infrastructures.
• Perform ad hoc data and reporting analyses.
• Propose fully automated data and reporting solutions.
• Support data governance for the Data & Analytics team.
• Support Enterprise Data Warehouse development and testing.
• Present data-driven proposals to improve processes.
