Job summary

AXA XL in the Americas Marketing team is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Sales Effectiveness, to translate broker, client, pipeline, and engagement data into actionable insights that strengthen sales readiness and inform targeted marketing activity.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Americas, you will collaborate across Marketing, Distribution, Product, Underwriting, Compliance, operations, and analytics teams to deliver data-driven dashboards, reports, and recommendations using Salesforce/CRM,

Qualifications

Detail-oriented, analytical mindset.
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and insights.
Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM and BI tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as go-to analytical resource for sales effectiveness across Distribution, Marketing, strategic broker and client relationships, and key growth initiatives.
Collaborate to execute programs that improve sales readiness, strengthen client and market intelligence, and measure the impact of marketing and sales effectiveness initiatives.
Produce data-driven insights and recommendations to identify opportunities to go to market more effectively and grow the business.
Develop and manage recurring reports and dashboards, including monthly broker reports, sales readiness metrics, campaign performance, follow-up activity, and ROI indicators.
Transform data into clear, compelling insights using Salesforce/CRM, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
