Job summary

AAA Life Insurance Company is seeking a senior Data Leader to define and drive the enterprise data strategy. You will oversee architecture, governance, and analytics enablement while partnering with finance, actuarial, product, and distribution teams to deliver trusted data that informs strategic decisions.

In a hybrid/remote setup, you will build high-performing data squads, mentor talent, and ensure data is safeguarded and accessible to empower decision makers and enhance member experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering, data architecture, or data analytics leadership roles.
• Experience leading data programs in regulated industries such as life insurance, financial services, or healthcare.
• Proven track record building modern data platforms in cloud environments.
• Strong governance, metadata management, lineage, and data quality principles.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise data strategy aligned to the company’s North Star architecture.
• Design and evolve the data platform including semantic layer and integration patterns.
• Stand up and chair the Data Council with business and technology leaders.
• Build and lead multi-disciplinary data squads across domains like Policy, Claims, Finance, and Member Experience.
