Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a data analytics professional to build dashboards and reports that drive insights for sales and distribution. You will partner with Senior Analysts and Sales to capture requirements and measure dashboard success.

Ideal candidates hold a BS with 4–6 years' experience, strong SQL and Excel skills, and familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, and CRMA within financial services. Master’s or MBA is a plus, and life-insurance domain experience is valued.

Qualifications

BS degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
Intermediate SQL skills.
Understanding of financial services, preferably insurance.
Experience building reports and dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma, CRMA, etc.
Experience manipulating data in Excel.
Metrics-based storytelling.
Interest in learning distribution and analytical tools such as Calendly, AWS, Snowflake, Tableau, Alteryx, and CRMA.
Master's degree in statistics, data science, analytics, or MBA is a plus.
Prior experience on a sales desk or in life insurance is a plus.
Experience with life insurance and annuity products is a plus.

Requirements
